DAVID KOGHUASHVILI PARTICIPATED IN 10th DWVG ECONOMIC FORUM

David Koghuashvili, counsel at Mgaloblishvili Kipiani Dzidziguri (MKD), made presentated an overview of a new Georgian tax system, effective from 1st January 2011, at the 10th DWVG Economic Forum “Tax Ombudsman and New Tax Code Commentary“ that took place at the German House in Tbilisi on December 14th .
The Forum was organized by the German Business Association Georgia (DWVG) jointly with the French Business Council Georgia and the Georgian Swiss Business Association (GSBA).
Mr. Koguashvili underlined some key advantages of the new Tax Code and in conjunction with certain practical challenges to be potentially faced by domestic and foreign businesses under Georgian law.
David Koghuashvili is a former member of a Georgian parliament and he has recently joined MKD as counsel. His legal practices are mainly focused on tax and customs.
